How do I remove the Squeaker?
To remove the squeaker, use your fingers or a pair of tweezers to simply pull out the white button located near the heel of the shoe. See examples:
Does Wee Squeak Boots have a Zipper? Yes! Our boots can be unzipped to make getting dressed a little easier for you and your child.
Can clips be removed if present?
Clips can be removed and replaced to revamp any clip boot or shoe! Clips may also be used as accessories to decorate hair, belts, backpacks and clothing.
Why don't my child's shoes squeak?
It depends. Wee Squeak shoes will only sound if the child is walking in the correct heel-toe rotation. Note: Squeaker sounds may vary. Be sure to never wear Wee Squeak shoes in sandboxes or at the beach. You may contact us to receive a replacement squeaker.

The shoes I ordered do not fit; what should I do?
If the item has not been worn or used, you may return the product for an exchange. Be sure to check the online store for current inventory updates and optional choices. Please be sure that you list a current email address on your order, so we may contact you in the event an item is out of stock.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within five days of receipt of your order for instructions on how to return your shoes. Please allow 14 business days after receipt of the return for processing of all returns.
The shoe I received is damaged or defective, what do I do? If you receive a damaged or defective shoe, please contact us upon receipt.

Luna Belle Boutique in conjunction with Week Squeak, will ship all orders placed by 1:00 pm. CST (Monday-Friday) next business day. Orders received on weekend days or holidays will be processed on the next business day after re-opening.
Orders will be shipped via US Priority mail (which typically takes 2-3 day for delivery). Orders received on weekend days or holidays will be processed on the next business day. At this time, we do not have Expeditated shipping for Wee Squeak shoes or accessories.
