Wildkin products are shipped within 3-5 business days in the USA. We currently do not ship these products to Canada or Internationally at the present time and apologize for this inconvenience.
Products are shipped via UPS OR FED-EX. Luna Belle Boutique will email you the tracking number for your order, at the end of the business day that your order is shipped. Please be sure that your contact email address is on your order.
Prices are not placed on packing slips, so if this is a gift item, there won't be any prices in with your order.
We currently do not accept orders for PO or APO boxes shipping via USPS and apologize for this.
Back orders:
Luna Belle Boutique does our best to have all of our merchandise in stock. However, with over 3,000 items, most custom made, it isn't always possible. In the event that an item/s is on Back order, our Customer Service Department will email you with the most up-to-the minute restock date. If for some reason an item is discontinued, by the manufacturer, we will email you to see if you wish to substitute another item or receive a refund. We will make two attempts to email you. If after the second attempt we do not reach you, we will contact you via telephone, so please be sure you list your contact phone number. If you do not provide a telephone number, we cannot contact you. If we still fail to reach you, we will refund your payment back to the original payment means and cancel the order.

In the event that you receive a defective product, we will accept returns of Wildkin items if the following criteria is met:
- You must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept returns on items without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
- The item must be determined to be in "as new" condition, as determined by our Quality Department; we will not replace used items.
- All shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or verifiable defective product.
- The exchange will not be made until the product is returned to the manufacturer.
- Returns that are determined to be "non-defective" are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and outbound freight charges are non-refundable.
