Return Policy

Your shopping experience at Luna Belle Boutique is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience.  We work with top-notch companies and designers to bring you the highest quality of materials and workmanship.  We promise that your items will be free of flaws and defects.

No-Return Policy - Handcrafted and Monogrammed items; does not include Lito Children's Wear, including Blossom Dresses, First Communion dresses, Boys Formal wear, Baptism, and Special Occasion clothes from Lito, Blossom, and Sweet PEA. 

*PLEASE NOTE - Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is clearly defective.  Initial monograms do vary, because of the size and spacing involved.  If you aren't sure of a font or design, please ask to see a proof;  we do not give refunds for any monogrammed work, unless we input the wrong initials.

As many products of our handcrafted, monogrammed, personalized products are custom made to order NO refunds Or Exchanges will be given for any item once it has been ordered.  No returns are allowed, and once items have been paid for, no changes can be made to custom orders.  Please make sure all color schemes, & measurements are correct upon check out.  Once items are processing no changes will be made;  No Exceptions. Workmanship is 100% guaranteed.  Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use. Please be aware that all sales are final and NO refunds will be given for returned merchandise for ANY reason. ALL SALES  are Considered  FINAL.

Defective Items - (does not include Personalized or Monogrammed Items) unless we make a mistake in the spelling of a name or use a font choice, other than what is stated on the order form.  Defective items do not include items that don't look the way  you think they should.  Items are inspected prior to leaving our designers.  Please contact us prior to making a return:

We must receive the defective item first before we can send out a replacement.  We cannot accept returns for tees or clothing that do not fit, nor monograms that you just don't like.  Please double check the size chart to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.

After you have contacted us, and received authorization, please return the defective product within 5 days of receipt to:

Please include a note with your order number and the reason you are returning the product.

If we confirm that the product is defective or we have made an error we will reimburse your shipping cost and send out a replacement immediately.  If we determine that the product is not defective or the error is not on our end then the cost of shipping to and from will be the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are to be returned, must be in their original shape, free of any defect, including but not limited to stained, scratched or torn parts. If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit, without a proof that it was delivered to us.  We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method that offers a tracking or delivery confirmation number.

We will not accept any item that has been used or damaged.  Although, we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the merchandise as well, as soon as the package arrives.  We will not accept any claim for damage, defect, or return, after the three day period is over; no exceptions!

Clearance items and sale items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed through PayPal;  If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item and waive the return shipping fee.

International Orders - all sales are final, and  we will not accept any returns or exchanges for these orders.

Cancellations and Price Adjustments:
We cannot offer a price adjustment after the order is placed.  All coupon codes must be entered in at the time of your purchase.  Online or phone orders may be canceled by request within 24 hours, for non-personalized items ,  ONLY if the order is marked as "On Order" at the time the cancellation request is made.  Once an order has been marked as "Processing" or "Completed" or "Shipped" or "Delivered" it cannot be canceled. Orders that are refused or returned to sender will NOT be credited or refunded for ANY reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
