The item/s you have selected have been added to your shopping cart.   Now you may personalize these items.   Fill in all the information on the form for each item and select a font from the chart shown below.  Although the item may be personalized with initials only, please enter the person's full name to ensure correct order for initials;  First name initial, Last Name initial, larger than the First and Middle initials, and Middle initial.  If you choose a Block font, initials will be First, Middle, Last (all the same size).

If you do not wish to personalize an item, check "No" in response to "Personalize this item?"

Each item is quality and accuracy inspected prior to shipping.  Due to the custom nature of this item, we do not accept returns, unless we make a mistake on the item.  Mistakes include the wrong initial monogram, spelling, or use of the incorrect font, as designated by the customer.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt of the item.   We will provide  authorization and instructions on the replacement of your item.  The spa wrap will be re-made and shipped to you at our expense, if we deem to be at fault;  there are no cash refunds.   Please do not make a return without prior authorization.
