The perfect First Birthday, Second, or Third Birthday party hat!  Our boutique party hat starts out with a red fabric background with the birthday girl's age, appliqued in Light Pink.  It is then personalized with the name of your choice and trimmed with soft, fluffy marabou feathers, also Lt. Pink.  This adorable hat is the perfect compliment to our Foofa Dress, sold separately.  The hat has an elastic band than goes under the chin, and is the perfect hat for babies or toddlers.
