The Pettiskirt set has just the right amount of sass and style with a solid red body, which is teamed up with voluptuous Christmas red and green ruffles, for an over the top effect that will please any diva. Coordinating red rosettes trim the collar of the tank top, giving the outfit a delicate, ethereal look and feel.

Because many of our items are Handmade and in such high demand, we ask that you purchase your products well in advance. Most products will ship via USPS, 15 Business Days after your purchase has been made. There are exceptions to this policy, holidays, other, and they are stated on the Category and/or Product page. Please note that this does not include shipping/transit times, which typically take an additional 2-3 days. We may be able to accommodate your needs without you.

If you need an item sooner, contact us; we will do our best to accommodate your needs. There is a RUSH SHIPPING EXPRESS option, at checkout, for confirmed RUSH orders, needed in less than 3 weeks.

RUSH Standard is for orders that do not need production moved up to less than two weeks, but prefer to be shipped Express Mail guaranteed - 2 Days.

RUSH EXPRESS is for confirmed orders needing less than two weeks production and then need to be Express Shipped Guaranteed 2 day. This type of order must be confirmed prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for Express orders not confirmed prior to purchasing, and we cannot change the date needed or method of shipment, once an order is placed and money received.

Please provide the correct email address and contact telephone number, so if there is ever a question or issue regarding a purchase, we will be able to contact you. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will send a second email to the address provided. If we have not received a response after the second email, we will call you at the telephone number that you have submitted at checkout. If you have an answering machine, we will leave a message for you, stating that we need to speak with you regarding your purchase. If we have not heard from you 48 hours after our initial phone call, your purchase will be refunded and then cancelled.

Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. Once an order is submitted and payment received, we cannot cancel an order. No exchanges or refunds will be made.

Our items are Handmade and/or Customized; therefore, we do not accept returns. If the error is on our part, we will make an exception. For example, you place an order for a Pink Hair Bow and we send you a Red Hair Bow; we will correct the error right away. If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly work with you, to ensure that you receive a top quality product. Luna Belle Boutique and Moxie Couture provides Detailed Product Descriptions to ensure that you have all the tools you need to purchase your desired item.

Shipping: Please allow two weeks for your item to be shipped, slightly longer during peak holiday times. When an item is shipped from Luna Belle Boutique or Moxie Couture, a Delivery Confirmation Number is given to you. This number is from the US Post Office and does not serve as a tracking number to follow the package, but rather shows up when and where the package is delivered. This is for your records, as well as ours; it helps us to track the status of your purchase after it has left our offices.

As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for old addresses, and we always ship to the desired "Ship To" address that you have provided at checkout.

Neither Luna Belle Boutique or Moxie Couture is responsible for shipping and/or transit times, as these are circumstances that are out of our control. We will do our best on our end, to ensure that you receive your item, but there are circumstances beyond our means. Neither Luna Belle Boutique or Moxie Couture are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and/or products. We strongly suggest that our United States residents purchase Shipping Insurance. We work with top designers in the field of Boutique Children's Clothes and Gifts, and promise you a product of top quality, custom made to your specifications. We provide detailed listings and resources, in each listing, to assist you with your order. Each listing will state what is included with the item you are purchasing.

Due to the custom nature of our products, many personalized, NO refunds, exchanges, or returns, will be given for any item once the item/s have been ordered and paid for. No last minute alterations to your orders or items will be accepted. Please make sure to double check all color schemes and measurements, upon check out. If by some unforeseen circumstance, your order arrives incorrect on our part, such as a wrong color, incorrect personalization, or defective, we will replace it with the correct item. Upon receipt of the incorrect item and confirmation of the defect or error, we will replace the item and reimburse you for your shipping charges. We do not provide refunds.

Please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt of the item. State the nature of your dilemma, as well as your order number, and we will email you instructions for returning and exchanging the item. Items must be received within 5 business days of the complaint. Failure to do so will result in a loss of exchange. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use.

Cancellations/Changes: Changes may not be made to online orders, nor phone orders, once submitted and paid for. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to ordering and LIST THE DATE NEEDED in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX of your order. We cannot add a date needed, once you submit your order, as it is already submitted to the designer for production.

"Delivered" merchandise cannot be canceled, refused, nor returned to sender. Merchandise returned will not be credited or refunded for any reason.
