Occasionally an item we carry may become out of stock. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, before we have the opportunity to remove it from the site, you will be notified promptly and have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business we can not accept returns. Please understand that our products are handmade and may be subject to slight imperfections, this is not a reason for exchange. It is also very important to ensure that you select the correct size for your little one or measure properly when using custom measurements; we can not be held responsible for a sizing mistake. We are confident that you will be pleased with your order. In the event that an item arrives damaged, it may be exchanged for a replacement of the same product.
Instructions for returning a damaged item for exchange: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note the damage, and we will provide you with return instructions. Upon receipt of the item and inspection by our Quality Control Department, we will make a decision on the defective item. Items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached; no exceptions.
Once your order has been placed and payment received, it may not be cancelled.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. All of our items are custom made to order and require 4-8 weeks to complete. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification of shipment. We ship regular orders via United States Post Office Priority Mail; large volume orders UPS Ground Service.
If you need an item sooner than the standard 4-8 weeks, we can do so for an additional charge. Expedited orders ship within 7-14 days. Please contact us prior to placing an expedited order as not all items are available for this service. Luna Belle Boutique is not responsible for expedited orders placed prior to confirmation.

We provide detailed listings and resources, in each listing, to assist you with your order. Each listing will state what is included with the item you are purchasing.
Due to the custom nature of our products, many personalized, NO refunds, exchanges, or returns, will be given for any item once the item/s have been ordered and paid for. No last minute alterations to your orders or items will be accepted. Please make sure to double check all color schemes and measurements, upon check out. If you are uncertain of anything, please contact us for assistance, prior to ordering.
You will be asked to check a box stating that you have checked your order for accuracy and understand our policies when you checkout.
Sizing: Luna Belle Boutique does not accept responsibility for your ordering the wrong size. You know your child's present size, the way they are built, how fast they grow, and how short or long you want their clothes. Any size charts on our site are merely guides to assist you in determining a size. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us; we will do our best to assist you, but the final responsibility for sizing is strictly up to the customer placing the order.
If by some unforeseen circumstance, your order arrives incorrect on our part, such as a wrong color, incorrect personalization, or defective, we will replace it with the correct item. Upon receipt of the incorrect item and confirmation of the defect or error, we will replace the item and reimburse you for your shipping charges. We do not provide refunds.
Please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt of the item. State the nature of your dilemma, as well as your order number, and we will email you instructions for returning and exchanging the item. Items must be received within 5 business days of the complaint. Failure to do so will result in a loss of exchange. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use.
Cancellations/Changes: Changes may not be made to online orders, nor phone orders, once submitted and paid for. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to ordering and LIST THE DATE NEEDED in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX of your order. We cannot add a date needed, once you submit your order, as it is already submitted to the designer for production.
"Delivered" merchandise cannot be canceled, refused, nor returned to sender. Merchandise returned will not be credited or refunded for any reason.
