Our standard production time for all Free Shipping orders is 3-7 days. Therefore, you should expect delivery 10-14 days from order placement; most ship sooner. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you right away. Christmas and Mother's Day may take a little longer, so please order gifts 2-3 weeks in advance of the holiday.

We will ship your order anywhere in the United States via US Postal Service with tracking & delivery confirmation.
Rush Delivery:
We do offer a Rush Delivery option for US destinations which means your order will ship out the same or following day via an expedited delivery service. If you select our Rush Delivery option, you can expect your order to arrive 2-3 days later. RUSH DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS as all international orders must go through a customs checkpoint.
Guarantee & Warranty:
Luna Belle Boutique, in conjunction with our designer, wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If we make an error in designing your bracelet or necklace, we will replace the bracelet, plus the shipping in its entirety. In order to exchange your jewelry, please send an email within 5 days of receiving the item/s. The jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and returned within 7 days of receipt.
If the bracelet breaks within the first year, we will repair it at no charge and pay the shipping both ways. Please email us for instructions.
