Luna Belle Boutique, nor our designer, accepts responsibility for your ordering the wrong size. You know your child's present size, the way they are built, how fast they grow, and how short or long you want their clothes. Any size charts on our site are merely guides to assist you in determining a size. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us; we will do our best to assist you, but the final responsibility for sizing is strictly up to the customer placing the order. *Please feel free to include your child's measurements in the special instructions section of your order form.
Returns:
Luna Belle Boutique in conjunction with this designer, wants to provide you with a shopping experience that is pleasant, easy, and satisfying. Our goal is to provide our customers the highest quality merchandise, individualized just for you. Try as we may, sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item. If your item is not personalized, and is in the original, unworn condition, we will work with you to make the item right. Refunds will be given on stock items in the form of store credit only.
Because our items are custom made when ordered, every item is inspected for defects, prior to shipping. Unfortunately, there are no returns on custom orders or personalized items, unless we make a mistake on the spelling of a name or monogram. Please double check your order for accuracy, prior to submitting. For initial monograms, please list the entire name, so that we can put the initials in the correct order (First, Last, Middle).
*Please note that defects do not include things that you thought were done differently. This is an opinion, not a defect. We strive to make our listings accurate, so that you know what you are purchasing. If you have a question about an item, please contact us, prior to ordering. We will be happy to clarify anything that you would like to know regarding our work and merchandise.
If by some unforeseen circumstance, your order arrives incorrect on our part, such as a wrong color, incorrect personalization, or deemed defective, by our Quality Inspection Department, we will replace it with the correct item. Upon receipt of the incorrect item and confirmation of the defect or error, we will replace the item and reimburse you for your shipping charges. We do not provide refunds.
If you are returning an item, because you aren't satisfied with the quality, you will be responsible for the shipping. Returns must be shipped in such a manner to prevent loss or damage. It is recommended that you use a return system that is insured or has a tracking number. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.
