Just upload your favorite, high quality digital photo via email, and we'll do the rest of the work. Please don't send any photos in the mail to us, digital photos only. This digital photo canvas print has gallery wrapped edges so they are prefect to hang with or without a frame. We have four different sizes to choose from, so choose the perfect size for your needs.

Please choose between 4 different sizes: 8" x 10", 11" x 14", 16" x 20" and 18" x 24".

As all of our items are custom made, please allow 10-14 days for completion and time for shipping; some items ship sooner, and we will notify you if an item requires additional time. If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accomodate your needs. We have a RUSH option at checkout; however please contact us prior to making a purchase.

Luna Belle Boutique is committed to your 100% satisfaction and excellent customer service. We work with top designers in the field of Boutique Children's Clothes and Gifts, and promise you a product of top quality, custom made to your specifications. We provide detailed listings and resources, in each listing, to assist you with your order. Each listing will state what is included with the item you are purchasing.

Due to the custom nature of our products, many personalized, NO refunds, exchanges, or returns, will be given for any item once the item/s have been ordered and paid for. No last minute alterations to your orders or items will be accepted. Please make sure to double check all color schemes and measurements, upon check out. If you are uncertain of anything, please contact us for assistance, prior to ordering.

You will be asked to check a box stating that you have checked your order for accuracy and understand our policies when you checkout.

Sizing: Luna Belle Boutique does not accept responsibility for your ordering the wrong size. You know your child's present size, the way they are built, how fast they grow, and how short or long you want their clothes. Any size charts on our site are merely guides to assist you in determining a size. If you are unsure of what size to order, please contact us; we will do our best to assist you, but the final responsibility for sizing is strictly up to the customer placing the order.

If by some unforeseen circumstance, your order arrives incorrect on our part, such as a wrong color, incorrect personalization, or defective, we will replace it with the correct item. Upon receipt of the incorrect item and confirmation of the defect or error, we will replace the item and reimburse you for your shipping charges. We do not provide refunds.

Please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt of the item. State the nature of your dilemma, as well as your order number, and we will email you instructions for returning and exchanging the item. Items must be received within 5 business days of the complaint. Failure to do so will result in a loss of exchange. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, NO warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item with use.

Cancellations/Changes: Changes may not be made to online orders, nor phone orders, once submitted and paid for. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to ordering and LIST THE DATE NEEDED in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX of your order. We cannot add a date needed, once you submit your order, as it is already submitted to the designer for production.

"Delivered" merchandise cannot be canceled, refused, nor returned to sender. Merchandise returned will not be credited or refunded for any reason.

GFYN items are shipped to the United States and Canada only. With Standard Shipping, most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX. RUSH EXPRESS ORDERS are delivered within 4-5 business days; select RUSH EXPRESS OTHER at checkout.

All items will be charged for shipping and handling, at the time the order is placed; this includes back orders. When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify your Luna Belle Boutique Customer Service representative, via email customerservice@lunabelleboutique.com or LIVE CHAT, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. est, so that we can ensure your order reaches you on time.

Email photos: Image Requirements lunabelleboutique.com accepts images with the following extensions: JPG and GIF. We recommend using JPG formats. (GIF images will not reproduce as well as other formats because of color compression.) Files must be between 0.5MB (500KB) and 3MB. Products normally have a recommended file size. Please use the best-quality image possible. See the chart below for recommended file sizes for the product you are ordering. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, your order will be delayed. You will be notified by email if this is the case. You must then either rescan and resend the image or use a higher-quality image.

When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.

When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.

*Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. However, Lunabelleboutique.com will not color correct, retouch or otherwise crop your image. For the best results, we ask that you edit the photo to the sizes and aspect ratio suggested in the product descriptions.

* Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.

Return Policy:

We work hard to let you know what to expect from your item, so you're delighted when you get it. We offer detailed product images and descriptions. Items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website, are not returnable.

Please double check the accuracy of the information that you provide. There are no returns on Personalized or Custom orders, unless we make a mistake. Once an order is submitted and paid for, it goes into production and we cannot make changes or adjustments, so once again, check the order before submitting it.

If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we'll be happy to offer you a generous 50% discount to do so.

You MUST call 478-227-5820 to arrange for a return or replacement as unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and we do not pay for you to ship an item or items back to us.‚Ä®‚Ä® All returns and replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt.
