Shipping only applies within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are currently being processed on a a 14-21 business day time frame, (M-F, no holidays) depending on the size of the order and date received. Shipping takes an additional 2-5 days for Priority shipping and 1-2 days for Express Shipping. Rush Express shipping is available and must be added before payment is made. Luna Belle Boutique employs many designers and payment is made to the designer when we place your order with them. We cannot change or cancel an order once submitted, and are not liable for orders not received on time, when the appropriate shipping isn't selected. Unfortunately, we do not control the mail or the weather, so please allow enough time when ordering.
If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing, to be certain we can meet your needs. EXPRESS SHIPPING DOES NOT change the normal customization time; it is the mode of transportation and speed the order is delivered after it is customized. Orders which are not confirmed for RUSH processing and Express Shipping, will be shipped Standard Priority Mail. We will not refund Express Shipping charges for unconfirmed RUSH orders, no exceptions.
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, mailing time typically averages 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your item(s) have shipped.
RUSH Standard is for orders that do not need production moved up to less than two weeks, but prefer to be shipped Express Mail guaranteed - 2 Days.
RUSH EXPRESS is for confirmed orders needing less than three weeks production and then need to be Express Shipped Guaranteed 2 day. This type of order must be confirmed prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for Express orders not confirmed prior to purchasing, and we cannot change the date needed or method of shipment, once an order is placed and money received.
Returns:
All of our items are custom made to order and are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, an exchange may be issued, please contact us within 2 days of reciept of your items.
Cancelation of Order: Orders canceled at the request of the customer will be charged a 10% fee.
How Do I care for my Tutu
Your tutu will arrive packaged in a box; once you receive your tutu we recommend removing it from the box as soon as possible to avoid wrinkles. Should your tutu have wrinkles when you receive it, simply hang your tutu and comb through the layers of tulle with your hands by lightly pulling the tulle outwards while fluffing. Should you still have some wrinkles, hang your tutu in the bathroom and run a hot shower so the steam can work out the rest of the wrinkles. Ironing is not recommended as the tullle can melt. Can the Tutu be Washed?
Should your tutu get dirty, hand wash the dirty area and hang dry, once dry re-fluff according to the directions above. Never machine wash or dry your tutu.
