Our number one goal at Luna Belle Boutique is to provide you, the customer, with exceptional Customer Service. When you purchase a item/s from us, you can expect a couture item in every sense of the word. We stand behind our name and workmanship.
Please provide the correct email address and contact telephone number, so if there is ever a question or issue regarding a purchase, we will be able to contact you. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will send a second email to the address provided. If we have not received a response after the second email, we will call you at the telephone number that you have submitted at checkout. If you have an answering machine, we will leave a message for you, stating that we need to speak with you regarding your purchase. If we have not heard from you 48 hours after our initial phone call, your purchase will be refunded and then cancelled.
At Luna Belle Boutique, we understand that many of our products are purchased for upcoming events, such as Birthdays, Holidays and Special Occasions. Therefore, we do our best to make sure that you receive your item as quickly as possible.

Please check your order for accuracy before submitting. Once an order is submitted and payment received, we cannot cancel an order. No exchanges or refunds will be made.
Our items are Handmade and/or Customized; therefore, we do not accept returns. If the error is on our part, we will make an exception. For example, you place an order for a Pink Hair Bow and we send you a Red Hair Bow; we will correct the error right away. If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly work with you, to ensure that you receive a top quality product. Luna Belle Boutique provides Detailed Product Descriptions to ensure that you have all the tools you need to purchase your desired item.

Shipping: Please allow two weeks for your item to be shipped, slightly longer during peak holiday times. When an item is shipped from Luna Belle Boutique or Moxie Couture, a Delivery Confirmation Number is given to you. This number is from the US Post Office and does not serve as a tracking number to follow the package, but rather shows up when and where the package is delivered. This is for your records, as well as ours; it helps us to track the status of your purchase after it has left our offices.
As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for old addresses, and we always ship to the desired "Ship To" address that you have provided at checkout.
Luna Belle Boutique is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times, as these are circumstances that are out of our control. We will do our best on our end, to ensure that you receive your item, but there are circumstances beyond our means. Luna Belle Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and/or products.
