Shipping:
Please allow up to two weeks for processing and completion of your items, many ship sooner. Shipping time is in addition to production time and may take an additional 2-5 days. During the peak holiday seasons, it may take longer. If you need an item sooner, please select the RUSH EXPRESS shipping option at checkout. Be certain that you specify the date needed. It is always better to confirm the date with us, via email, to be certain we can meet your needs.
We can ship to most countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Contact us for details on shipping to your country, prior to making a purchase.
Out-of-Stock Products:
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for shipping within the two-week time frame. If an item is out of stock, you may cancel your order when you receive notice of the out of stock item.
Return Policy:
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept an item for return. However, if there is a problem with your order, and it is our fault, we encourage you to e-mail us within 24 hours of delivery, and we can usually accept an item for replacement or repair; not a refund. Orders which are not personalized, can typically be returned for store credit if return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
Items approved for return must be in original unused condition. This includes, but is not limited to: Pet stains, pet hair, odors of any kind including food, pet or smoke. Item must be free of rips, tears and be in perfect, unworn condition. Items must be packed carefully to avoid damage to the product during transit- permanent wrinkles or creases in the garment are unacceptable. If product comes with a tag, tag must be attached to the item. Determination if a return meets this criteria is left strictly to the discretion of Luna Belle Boutique Quality Control Department.
Returned items not meeting the criteria will be refused and sent back to the original purchaser. This is to protect us from "prom dress" syndrome returns- or returns that are purchased for a special event or photography session and then returned.
Luna Belle Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that is initiated more than 48 hours after confirmation of delivery. You should expect to receive your store credit within 14 days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
Cancellation of Orders Not Shipped:
Because we work with many unique designers, orders may not be canceled once payment has been received. There is a box at checkout that confirms that you checked your order and accept conditions stated here-in. If you make an honest mistake in an address, size, etc., you can contact us within 24 hrs. of the submitted order to see if we can make a change to the order. If an order is already in the design phase, we will not be able to alter the information on your order. Please check spelling of names, etc thoroughly prior to hitting the place order button.
Taxes:
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Georgia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
